Kindergarten Grad!!!

On Friday, June 3rd, Gia graduated from Kindergarten! What an exciting day! Her graduation ceremony was held in the Historic Hershey Arena. After she received her diploma, we got to spend the entire day at Hershey Park. We had an AWESOME day celebrating G's Kindergarten success!

Kindergarten!

Yesterday was Gia's first day of Kindergarten! What an exciting day!

She laid her clothes out the night before...

Gia reported that she had a great day. Her favorite thing about Kindergarten was "everything." She also said that the funniest thing about her day was when a girl in her class fell asleep during story-time! Hooray for a great first day of school!

Dancing Queen!

Back in June, Ella had her first dance recital! She did an awesome job dancing to "Material Girl." Ella worked very hard all year so that she could wear "big girl" make-up, a beautiful costume, and dance on stage at the University of Pennsylvania! Everyone was VERY proud of her!

We love Strasburg Railroad! We have been there many times! Every year when Thomas the Tank Engine comes, we are sure to visit. This year was our fourth trip to see Thomas.

Busy Girls!

This is the girls first season playing t-ball. They are enjoying their team, and their skills are really improving. They play at the YMCA, and their team is the Reds. Every Saturday they have a short practice and then a 40ish minute game. In that 40 minutes each team of 10 players bats twice. There are no strikes, no outs and everybody scores. It is quite comical to watch! A few of the kids are quite good, but the best part for all of them seems to be the post-game snack...

Ballet Bella!

Ella just loves to dance! She and Gia started dancing this past September. After about 3 months, Gia decided that she didn't want to dance anymore, but Ella stuck with it. She is very excited for her recital which is coming up in June. She can't wait to "dance on stage at the college (University of Pennsylvania) and wear REAL make-up, not the fake little kid kind." Thursday was parent observation day so here are a few pics...
